We designed the app to minimize data collection and to process only the information needed to provide the service.

Teeco uses AI processing exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data. When you upload a photo, it is sent to our internal systems for analysis and caption generation, and the uploaded content is deleted after processing is complete.
Your uploaded images and generated outputs are not used for model training, model improvement, or any similar purpose. We do not permit external AI providers to access your content.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, secure server configurations, and limited employee access on a need-to-know basis.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account information.
Teeco does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or biometric verification. We do not create face templates, facial embeddings, or other biometric profiles from your photos.
If a photo contains a face, it may be processed only to support general image understanding for caption generation, and the image is deleted after processing. We do not use face data for identification, authentication, tracking, or any biometric purpose.
Your information may be processed or stored in different regions depending on where our servers, infrastructure providers, or service operations are located. This means your data may be transferred across national borders.
Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to ensure it is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Teeco is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 17, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
Information you provide: We collect the photos you choose to upload, any captions or text you enter, and messages you send to support. If you make a purchase, payment-related information is handled by Apple and we do not receive your full payment card details.
Information collected automatically: We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and basic usage metrics needed to operate and improve the app.
Cookies and similar technologies: If web-based pages or embedded services are used, we may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, and preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.
